FALLING BEHIND

The Colts, with 14 players ruled out before kickoff and nearly every starter not playing, fell behind the Cincinnati Bengals, 7-0, after the first quarter of the 2008 preseason finale at Lucas Oil Stadium Thursday night. Bengals running back Chris Perry’s five-yard touchdown run gave Cincinnati the lead.
